My current cycle / stack and overall approach

I wanted to share what I’m currently running and how I’m approaching everything overall.

Current compounds:
  • Testosterone — 300 mg/week
  • Masteron — 200 mg/week
  • Trenbolone — 100 mg/week
  • HGH — 2 IU/day
I started at around 118 kg and I’m currently around 110 kg. Calories are sitting at roughly 2,800 kcal/day. The goal is to gradually reduce body fat while maintaining as much muscle and strength as possible.

For health management, the main prescription medication I currently have on hand is rosuvastatin 10 mg, but I don’t want to take anything blindly — I’m basing that on bloodwork and lipid results.

Supplements / support:
  • TUDCA
  • NAC
  • Niacin
  • CoQ10 — 100 mg
  • Milk Thistle
  • Astragalus
  • Magnesium
  • Ashwagandha KSM-66
  • Calcium on training days
  • Other basic vitamins/minerals as needed
As for the tren, I’m currently experiencing no noticeable side effects. The dose is relatively moderate, so I don’t see a reason to increase it unnecessarily.

My general approach is not to throw a huge amount of supplements at every possible side effect. I’d rather monitor bloodwork and adjust things based on actual results.

I’m keeping an eye on lipids, liver and kidney markers, CBC/hematocrit, hormones, blood pressure, glucose/insulin markers, etc., and then adjusting things depending on what the bloodwork shows.

Basically, the goal right now is not to chase the highest possible doses, but to find a good balance between results and side effects while keeping health markers under control.

Would be interested to hear what you guys think about the overall setup, especially if there’s anything you would monitor more closely or add/remove based on bloodwork.

Hi and thanks for been here so firm!!

I really like your approach! . You’re chasing consistency and health, not just bigger numbers, and that mindset usually wins in the long run.

The only thing I’d add is to keep an eye on your cardiovascular fitness while running tren.

Bloodwork is essential, but don’t ignore how your body actually feels day to day.

And if you can, post a few progress pictures. Going from 118 kg to 110 kg is a big change, and it’d be great to see how your physique is coming along.

Thanks bro, appreciate it! I actually had my heart checked about 6 months ago, and my doctor said everything looked excellent — basically “like a kid’s.” 😄

I don’t do much cardio at the moment, mostly just walking, but when I do cardio I keep my heart rate around 120 bpm max.

The main thing I have to keep an eye on is hematocrit. That’s probably my biggest issue — it tends to sit around 52%. I drink plenty of water and keep monitoring it with bloodwork.

Other than that, I feel good day to day and keep checking my health markers regularly.

Honestly, I’m really happy with my current shape at these doses. Over the last two months I’ve made what I consider a really solid recomp — dropped weight while noticeably improving my overall physique. I’m happy with the progress and don’t feel the need to push the doses higher right now.

That is awesome, that sweet spot always trigger to more performance!

Thanks for sharing!!
