My current cycle / stack and overall approach
I wanted to share what I’m currently running and how I’m approaching everything overall.
Current compounds:
For health management, the main prescription medication I currently have on hand is rosuvastatin 10 mg, but I don’t want to take anything blindly — I’m basing that on bloodwork and lipid results.
Supplements / support:
My general approach is not to throw a huge amount of supplements at every possible side effect. I’d rather monitor bloodwork and adjust things based on actual results.
I’m keeping an eye on lipids, liver and kidney markers, CBC/hematocrit, hormones, blood pressure, glucose/insulin markers, etc., and then adjusting things depending on what the bloodwork shows.
Basically, the goal right now is not to chase the highest possible doses, but to find a good balance between results and side effects while keeping health markers under control.
Would be interested to hear what you guys think about the overall setup, especially if there’s anything you would monitor more closely or add/remove based on bloodwork.
