I'm currently 19 and I've been training for roughly 2 years now.
Starting weight: 80kg Final weight: 85kg
My goal was just maintaining my weight while building as much muscles as possible.
I only used some supplements like creatine monohydrate and protein powder. For a long time i didn't get much results because I didn't have a training program until I started training with the 2× U/L split. It's the only thing that worked for me. I have been doing it for 2 months and it made me realize how much gains I missed out on.

Hi Ivo

Good progress, especially once you finally introduced structured training. The difference in the pictures is clear: more arms, shoulders and chest, and better overall density.

But I’ll be critical about one thing: at 19, after only two years of training, don’t even think you missed out on gains. You’re barely starting. You have years of natural progress ahead of you, and right now programming, progressive overload, food and patience are your strongest compounds.

Keep the U/L structure if you’re progressing, track your lifts and milk this phase for everything it’s worth. Don’t rush what your body is currently giving you for free.

Thanks! I'm trying to make the best out of this phase. I've been consistently tracking my workouts and I'm seeing improvements nearly every workout. It's still the beginning for me.
