4 weeks out from my first NPC Regional show

Hey guys, 4 weeks out from my first ever bodybuilding show, competing at an NPC Regional.

Height: 184 cm
Weight: 101–102 kg

Training day:
328 g protein
450 g carbs
63 g fat

Rest day:
318 g protein
280 g carbs
75 g fat

Training split:
Upper / Lower / Rest / Upper / Lower / Rest / Repeat

Currently doing no cardio, just keeping my daily activity at 15k steps per day.

I’m currently running a fairly advanced prep protocol under coaching/supervision, including testosterone, boldenone, mast, tadalafil, SLU-PP-332, L-carnitine, retatrutide and T4. Most of the products are from Driada, except SLU-PP-332. There’s also a possibility my coach adds tren A next week.

What do you guys think of the current condition for 4 weeks out? Any feedback on conditioning, proportions or areas that need to come in harder?

Thanks for sharing Alda, this post is great!

For a first show, you’ve built a seriously impressive amount of tissue. At 184 cm and 101-102 kg, the size and overall structure are absolutely there.

My criticism is conditioning. From the first photos indeed you still need another noticeable layer off, especially through the lower back/glutes and legs, to make that muscle really pop on stage. Four weeks is enough to improve significantly, but I wouldn’t get distracted trying to solve that simply by adding more compounds.

Also, 318-328 g protein looks unnecessarily high to me. Those calories could potentially be distributed more productively depending on how your coach is manipulating the final weeks.

Keep the muscle, sharpen the condition, and practice posing relentlessly. The physique is there. Now it’s about revealing it!!

Thank you so much for the detailed feedback, I really appreciate you taking the time to write this!

My coach is actually happy with my current condition and says that once my body gets some proper rest, everything will come through a lot more. I’ve been doing some pretty demanding part-time work as well, so I don’t have much time to fully recover and rest at the moment.

So I’m really curious to see how I’ll look closer to the show, especially once I finally get some proper rest and the fatigue comes down. Hopefully that’s when the condition and all the details will really start to show.

And yeah, posing is definitely something I still need to work on. I’ve been practicing, but I know I need to become much more confident and controlled with the poses, especially when it comes to presentation on stage.

And thx dor your products love them <3

3 weeks out from the show.

Everything has stayed the same compared to last week. The only difference is that my bodyweight is up by 0.3 kg.

I also decided to share my current cycle for transparency:
  • Test E — 625 mg
  • Boldenone — 125 mg
  • Mast E — 300 mg
  • Tren — 100 mg
  • Tadalafil — 10 mg pre-workout
  • SLU-PP-322 — 500 mcg pre-workout
  • L-Carnitine — 500 mg
  • Retatrutide — 1 mg
  • T4 — 50 mcg
Three weeks left. Just staying consistent and trusting the process.

Would really appreciate some honest feedback from you guys — how do you think the physique is looking at 3 weeks out? What do you think needs the most improvement before stepping on stage?

Any feedback on conditioning, proportions, posing or overall presentation is welcome.

Hi.

Honestly, for a first show, the condition will be good (and you're already good). I don't think you're late, but you're not early if you chase the dick skin everywhere. So stay consistent, and it should be interesting.

The experience and winning with a first show is more important than the result on stage.

All that remains is to manage the fatigue and the posing for these last 3 weeks.

I'm convinced you'll make it 👌

I’ll let you know how I end up looking

Hi everyone! This was my final physique at my competition. I competed in the junior category (unfortunately, I was the only junior competitor), as well as in the True Novice division, where I placed 4th out of 10, and the Novice division, where I placed 3rd out of 5.

It’s a shame there was no one else in my age group to compete against, but I’m still happy with the experience. What do you guys think of my physique? Looking back, I feel like we could’ve pushed the diet a little harder, as I still had some body fat left to lose. Any feedback is appreciated!

Unfortunately, these were my last competitions of the year, mainly because competing is quite expensive, especially as a student.
Next year, I’m thinking about switching to a different federation that holds competitions in my country or somewhere closer, so it would be more affordable for me.

I’m not an expert in bodybuilding, but I think you look great and you need to compete against people who can actually challenge you. If these were your first competitions, that’s awesome. I think you have potential.

It would be great if you could show a bit of your history — what kind of shape you were in when you first started training and how your physique changed from year to year.

If I compare you in the photos with the other guys (I’m definitely not claiming to be a judge), I think you’re the only one who really has the natural structure to pursue bodybuilding successfully in competitions. First of all, all your muscles are proportioned harmoniously. You have a V-shaped physique with broad shoulder bones and a narrow waist, your lat insertions are well positioned, and you have massive legs. Your upper and lower body are balanced, and your delts are round.

And in all the photos, you can see that your posing is much better than the other guys’, despite their experience. Of course, the guy in the purple trunks (nr 189) clearly has a lot of experience behind him, so he’s simply more massive, but if we’re talking about proportions and potential, in my opinion you have the best structure.
