4 weeks out from my first NPC Regional show

Hey guys, 4 weeks out from my first ever bodybuilding show, competing at an NPC Regional.

Height: 184 cm
Weight: 101–102 kg

Training day:
328 g protein
450 g carbs
63 g fat

Rest day:
318 g protein
280 g carbs
75 g fat

Training split:
Upper / Lower / Rest / Upper / Lower / Rest / Repeat

Currently doing no cardio, just keeping my daily activity at 15k steps per day.

I’m currently running a fairly advanced prep protocol under coaching/supervision, including testosterone, boldenone, mast, tadalafil, SLU-PP-332, L-carnitine, retatrutide and T4. Most of the products are from Driada, except SLU-PP-332. There’s also a possibility my coach adds tren A next week.

What do you guys think of the current condition for 4 weeks out? Any feedback on conditioning, proportions or areas that need to come in harder?

Thanks for sharing Alda, this post is great!

For a first show, you’ve built a seriously impressive amount of tissue. At 184 cm and 101-102 kg, the size and overall structure are absolutely there.

My criticism is conditioning. From the first photos indeed you still need another noticeable layer off, especially through the lower back/glutes and legs, to make that muscle really pop on stage. Four weeks is enough to improve significantly, but I wouldn’t get distracted trying to solve that simply by adding more compounds.

Also, 318-328 g protein looks unnecessarily high to me. Those calories could potentially be distributed more productively depending on how your coach is manipulating the final weeks.

Keep the muscle, sharpen the condition, and practice posing relentlessly. The physique is there. Now it’s about revealing it!!

Thank you so much for the detailed feedback, I really appreciate you taking the time to write this!

My coach is actually happy with my current condition and says that once my body gets some proper rest, everything will come through a lot more. I’ve been doing some pretty demanding part-time work as well, so I don’t have much time to fully recover and rest at the moment.

So I’m really curious to see how I’ll look closer to the show, especially once I finally get some proper rest and the fatigue comes down. Hopefully that’s when the condition and all the details will really start to show.

And yeah, posing is definitely something I still need to work on. I’ve been practicing, but I know I need to become much more confident and controlled with the poses, especially when it comes to presentation on stage.

And thx dor your products love them <3
