My age is 26, I started at 120 kg and ended up at 85 kg, i was on maintenance and got back up 90kg so now I’m going in a 6 weeks mini cut and then lean bulk. I used Test ena, Mast, Reta and Tren for my body recomp. I feel like the Mast was a bit of an overkill because i wasn’t lean enough for my feeling. I would probably use it at the very end of a cycle again once I’m lean at sub 12% but i’m struggling at 17%

First, credit where it’s due: the change is very clear. Going from 120 kg to this look is serious work.

That said, I agree with you on Mast. At around 17% body fat, Masteron is usually not the best tool. It shines much more when you’re already lean, because otherwise you mostly take the lipid/hair/acne risk without getting the full visual reward. Tren for a recomp at this stage also feels aggressive unless there was a very specific reason.

Before giving real feedback, I’d need more info: exact dosages, cycle length, current bloodwork, BP, HDL/LDL, hematocrit, fasting glucose/HbA1c, training split, calories/macros, cardio, and whether you’re cruising or coming off.

For now, I’d focus on the 6-week mini cut, get cleaner bloodwork, then lean bulk patiently.

You don’t need more complexity yet. You need structure.

Hey mate,

Thanks for your honest intake and let me give some more information about the cycle. My dosages was 350 mg test ena and 280 mg mast ena and tren mix 105 mg per week, nothing to crazy on the tren, I wanted the slight benefits without overcomplicating and mostly see if I could handle things on such a low dose. I was injecting everyday so microdosing helped for my beliefs. Bp 132/85 most of the time, hdl/ldl 2.2 ratio, hematocrit 0.47 l/l, I guess I missed to ask for the glucose marks but my training split was PPLxUL and cardio is about 20 minutes 3x a day but i’m aware that I should increase that but not a big fan of it. Kept calories around 2000 with proteine on 180 grams
