Hey, what’s up, guys? JP here.
I’ll start this log of this next competitions and I hope you guys enjoy. I’ll try be clear with everything step by step.
I’m using Driada. Since the first competition I did in 2023.
Then stayed about a year without compete or even go train properly, and now I’m back this year to compete again and try my pro card.
I’m gonna give you guys a detailed cycle with stimulants supplements and everything that I’m using and doing for this prep.

** But remember, this is not a prescription for any of you. Each one it’s responsible for your own choice.
It’s just a log with effects and side effects to inform !! **
So no more bullshit. Let’s start.

** Week 1
Age 31y
Weight 109kg - Height 180cm
Goal : competition

-Hormones-
Test E - 150mg week / 3x50mg
Methenolone E (Primo) 150mg week
/ split 3x50mg
Drostanolone E. ( Mast -E) 150mg week
/ split 3x50mg

-Stims -
Didn’t started yet.

-Orals-
Didn’t started yet.

-Peps-
3ui HGH before bed everyday.
300mcg Retatrutide each 3 days.

- Supplement-
Nac
Multivitamin
Creatine
Omega 3
Whey protein
.

- Training split -
Monday - Chest -triceps
Tuesday- Back biceps
Wednesday - Off.
Thursday - Full shoulders and calves
Friday - Full Arms and traps
Saturday - Full legs

-Diet -
Around ~ 3000 kcal

**Meal 1- Breakfast
2 Slices of bread with 2 full eggs and 1 egg white.

**Meal 2 - 60g of oats with 60g of protein powder and 200ml of milk. + banana.

**Meal 3
200g chicken + 200g white rice

** Meal 4 Post workout **
60g protein powder + 30g oats. + 5g honey.

** Meal 5
200g lean steak +200g sweet potatoes + 100g of vegetables. + 100g of pineapple.

At this points was the start of everything aimed goal for a 20week prep.
I’ll try keep this log updated most that I can.
Feeling good. Eating well. Sleep it’s very good.
First contact with HGH- let’s see how the body will react.
- Overall - no side effects, starting with low doses of everything.
The primo will help to control the estrogen so at the moment no arimidex or tamoxifen

Coming back after a year off and jumping into a 20-week prep is no joke, so first thing… respect for actually committing to it. From what you describe, you’re setting a solid base phase rather than rushing things, which is exactly what most people mess up.

The setup makes sense for week 1. Doses are controlled, nothing excessive, and you’re giving yourself room to adjust later. That’s smart. Primo + mast alongside a moderate test base is a clean way to stay stable early on without chasing estrogen management with AIs from day one.

Diet also looks consistent and easy to adhere to, which matters more than perfection. Around 3000 kcal at your size sounds like a reasonable starting point depending on your actual body fat. You’ll know quickly if it needs tightening once weight and look start moving.

Training split is classic, nothing fancy, but it will work as long as intensity is there. After a year with inconsistent training, I’d just be careful not to push too hard too fast. The body needs a few weeks to “remember” how to handle volume again.

thanks for the analysis bro. I say we had a good start. My HGH we decided to push from 3rd week onwards. Reta I had some issue. I’ll explain better on the next post.
 
Ok guys good morning. I don’t think I explained on the last post properly but this is a backlog. I’ll try make it faster an speed the weeks twice in one. I’m currently 4 weeks for my competition. So let’s say a bit different from the first picture 😅.
Anyways no more bullshit. Let’s go.
Second week started fine. Coach decided we should try SLUPP-332. See how the body was going to react. And if the weights will be dropped fast to a good condition with this pep. We ran a tablet version of 1mg. I don’t think was it there because I didn’t knew the brand. But I felt that this helped the scales to move fast.
Weight dropped to 106kg
We started to reduce abit of the calories.
But nothing major, the mainly thing was get on diet again an workout with cardio 5 days a week.
So the body kinda woke up.
As I said HGH we didn’t had it in hand. So we decided start from the third week onwards. Till I get everything that the prep needed.

Hey what’s up guys.
A bit of days away from here. This is a a bit of fast forward on the log. I’m 2 weeks out for the first competition and this is an update at 2 weeks ago.
Diet reduced drastically
I’m around 1800 kcal now.
Weight it’s in 96kg
I gonna drop here the informations about the log and like I said before. It’s just an informative content. 👊🏾💪🏾.

Hormones.

Test E- 100mg/ week. Split in 2 times.
Mast P. 200mg/ week. Split in 2 times.
Primo 300mg / Split in 3x /Week.

Stims.
Clen 80mg
T3/t4 40mg of the Driada mix.
Yoihombine 15mg.

Orals.
Proviron 25mg/ day .

Peps and HGH

Reta 500mcg ( I had to pull it of at this last weeks, because my body wasn’t agreeing much with it. )

HGH 3Ui before bed.
Slupp I’m out of it. Changing for MOTS-C now.

Diet
Breakfast.
8 eggs white +1 whole egg
100g mushroom
100g spinach
200ml orange juice.

Meal 2
200g turkey breast
90 white rice
100g vegetable

Meal 3 - pre workout
200g chicken breast
90g white rice
100 vegetables

Meal 4 - post workout
50g. Protein powder
1 banana.

Meal 5
300 g white fish ( I’m using Cod)
150g vegetables
100 salad.

Supplements.

Morning -
Vitamin C 3g
Vitamins d3+k2 600u
NAC 600mg
Multivitamin.
Omega 3
Pro biotic.

### Comments ###
4 weeks out.
Feeling a bit tired now cardio still in around 30 min post workout. + 15000 steps during the day.
Shape got a better look. A bit more dry condition now. We will start to use the drugs for the final weeks soon. Like winstrol. Maybe Tren. And add something else on HGH. We are checking how body will react.
Side effects on general it’s just tiredness, the component for the circle are with a good match so I don’t have many side affects or issues at the moment.
The diet it’s ok to control with the Reta. Let’s see now that I removed it how will be.
Training split didn’t changed much. Just some adjustments on the sets and methods.
Overall. Feeling good. Looking forward to the final version of this physique.
