I keep my hematocrit 48.8 by doing hiit cardio once a week plus 20 minutes cardio waking up
2 x or 3 x nattokinase label dose daily and ip6 label dose daily plus no Red meat no boldenone
Last but not least I microdose every thing DAILY
I keep my liver ok despite using 10 mg daily trenbolone Tnx to 2 x tudca 2 x legalon daily 2x nac daily and 20 days on 20 days off samyr 400 injectable cycles
My total colesterol is 150 and triglicerides 56 Tnx to berberine metformine and slupp332 the first two work on glucose management and my insulin is super low but most important they shuttle sugar away from blood avoiding ma king new triglicerides and chilesterol plus slupp332 force body to use fat so instead of being storing into blood to make chilesterol and get fat too
My inflammation markers are very low apoB lipoA and omocistein due to no fat diet
I use just cod fish and egg white and isolate as protein
Cream of rice and potatoes as carbs
And as fats 6 grams net omega 3 and just one whole egg daily
No Red meat no stupid but butters no useless olive oil(useless Till u enanched ?but very useful for natty people but I do not think anyone here natty)
I also use turmeric for total health and bromeline not as a digestive enzime but waking up as a antinfiammatori agent
I keep my kidney good with astragalus 3 x daily and a perfect balance of sodium potassium magnesium
In my case my sweet spot is 4 liter water daily 10 grana salt (4000 mg sodium) 600 mg net magnesium like 3000 bisglicinate divided post workout and at dinner
And 5000 mg potassium 1800 From 2 dose of citrak forte and the rest from sweet potatoes 2 b ananas nas spinach
