TSH is 0,52 mU/l
FT4 is 10,6 ng/l
FT3 is 2,55 ng/l
Compared to my blood work years ago my FT3 levels were way higher, now I have symptoms : cold sensitivity, fatigue, anhedonia and overall not feeling any emotion), dry and thinner hair, poor blood circulation. Do you know how to fix this ? Or should I just start taking T4 and T3 ?

I wouldn’t jump straight to T3/T4 from those numbers alone, brother.

Thyroid values need context. Current calories, size and duration of any deficit, body fat, recent weight loss, training/cardio load, sleep, stress and medications/PEDs can all change the picture. FT3 being lower than it was years ago doesn’t automatically mean your thyroid is failing.

The symptoms matter, but they’re also very nonspecific. Before trying to “fix” the lab with thyroid hormones, I’d want to know your current diet, weight/height, recent weight trend, training/cardio, PEDs/medications and ideally see the previous thyroid bloodwork you’re comparing this against.

Give us that context first. Otherwise we’re treating three numbers instead of the person.
