TSH is 0,52 mU/l
FT4 is 10,6 ng/l
FT3 is 2,55 ng/l
Compared to my blood work years ago my FT3 levels were way higher, now I have symptoms : cold sensitivity, fatigue, anhedonia and overall not feeling any emotion), dry and thinner hair, poor blood circulation. Do you know how to fix this ? Or should I just start taking T4 and T3 ?

I wouldn’t jump straight to T3/T4 from those numbers alone, brother.

Thyroid values need context. Current calories, size and duration of any deficit, body fat, recent weight loss, training/cardio load, sleep, stress and medications/PEDs can all change the picture. FT3 being lower than it was years ago doesn’t automatically mean your thyroid is failing.

The symptoms matter, but they’re also very nonspecific. Before trying to “fix” the lab with thyroid hormones, I’d want to know your current diet, weight/height, recent weight trend, training/cardio, PEDs/medications and ideally see the previous thyroid bloodwork you’re comparing this against.

Give us that context first. Otherwise we’re treating three numbers instead of the person.

I'm 178cm 82kg, 14% body fat
In the past 4 months I lost 4kg
I do Upper Body 3 times per week
Lower Body twice per week
I dow very low Volume
I don't do much cardio, just walking, playing some table tennis, sex etc
I take 120mg Testosterone Cypionate twice per week
So the first blood work is from 2024 and surprisingly at the time of the blood work I didn't sleep much and I was 72kg on a diet
And now I sleep way more and eat more but with lower FT3 levels, it doesn't make sense.
FT3 from 2024 : 4,2pg/ml
FT3 now : 2,55 ng/l

Go see an endo. It could have different reasons why your values are like that, and they can rule out stuff like Hashimotos.
If they figure out your dosage, and that has to be checked with regular follow up bloodwork, you can just use whatever you need for it.

They even might figure out you have a T4 to T3 conversion issue, then you get a combination medication. But I'd check it with a doctor if I were you, because it could have some more serious reasons on why your blood work looks like this, especially when you have symptoms.
