Running 525 mg Test E and 280 mg Deca per week (EOD injections), with 23 kg gained so far (72 → 95 kg). Estrogen and prolactin are managed via Arimidex, P5P, and Proviron, supported by NAC, TUDCA, Omega-3, and Glutathione. Solid mass phase with full health monitoring, setting up for a future prep. My journey from 61 kg to 95kg
I wanted to share a bit of my journey not just numbers, but what’s behind them. Back in 2019, I got seriously ill. I ended up in the hospital for six months, and there were moments when it seemed I might not make it out. I lost everything my strength, my body, my confidence. Comeback after pneumonia and surgery-2 month cycle progress
After being inactive for months due to a pneumonia that led to surgery, I couldn’t walk at all in the beginning.I literally couldn’t catch my breath after 10 meters of walking.Once I managed to start walking again, I was just trying to open up the lungs and just moving around.Due to inactivity,and shitty diet I gained fat and lost a lot of muscle mass.A few weeks later, I added light weight training and decided to run a short, 8 week cycle (which turned out to be cruise dose later) to speed up recovery and bring myself back to shape,but the doctor said it would take at least a year to get back into shape. 1.5 Month progress
After almost 5 months being on a very low TRT dose and being away from gyms and diet, I returned. 400mg Test E, 350 primo. Added 40mg anavar now. Always 40mg telmisartan. HCG 1000 per week Started with 20% BF, currently 13% Gonna keep 1.5 months more, now with anavar I feel stronger and for some reason cardio is being easier. Typical calorie deficite diet. 500kcal below maint. High protein 2.5x 30 to 45m, 140 to 160 bps cardio is being done every other day.

My 5 year transformation. I was quite overweight in my childhood to early adulthood. I hated all kind of sports. Was depressed and unmotivated for anything. One year dialing TRT @48
Hi there! I wanted to sharw with all of you my progress. In june the second in 2024 I started my TRT with almost 48. Now one year after with almost 49 and one year of experience I can only be more than happy with my journey and progress. In the begining I was on 1ml test cyp per week because wanted to do a mini bulk and have some gains to start with. After that around november I moved in to a 100mg per week, 0.4ml splitted in two. 1 year bulking progress (43kg-85kg)
I have been using ped for a year now so far. I went from 43kg-85kg 171cm. What I have used so far is test and npp. For the first 6 months I have used 300mg test and for the next 6 I used 300mg test and 300mg npp. I am on TRT rn and planning my next bulk phase. My final goal is to compete. It’s been a long journey and I would not really do anything differently. The only thing I would do differently that I would find a good quality coach sooner.
